How Betjee Came to Be – A Platform Built Around Pakistan
Betjee was founded in 2021 by a team that had been watching the Pakistani online gaming space for years with growing frustration. The platforms available to Pakistani players at the time were largely designed for audiences in Europe or Southeast Asia — the currencies were wrong, the payment methods were irrelevant and the customer support had no idea what an Easypaisa account was. The whole experience felt like using something that was never meant for you.
