Betjee Terms and Conditions – Full Rules for Every Pakistan Player

To open and use a betjee account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. Betjee operates a strict 18+ policy and does not knowingly permit anyone under the legal adult age to use the platform in any capacity.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of betjee or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on betjee or any partner platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When you register an account on betjee, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, your Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth and any other information betjee requests during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.

Betjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a proof of your payment method. This verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Players who have not completed KYC can continue to play but will not be able to withdraw funds until the process is finished.

• One account per person, per household, per device and per payment method. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your betjee account. Do not share login credentials.
• Account information updates — such as a change of mobile number — must be requested through betjee customer support with appropriate verification.
• Betjee will use the email address and phone number on your account to communicate important notices. Keep these details current.

All transactions on betjee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betjee does not charge any internal transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees independently of betjee — please check with your payment provider if you are unsure.

The minimum deposit amount on betjee is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though betjee may apply enhanced checks on large transactions as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. Betjee currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud control.
• Betjee may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal if the amount is large or if the account shows unusual activity.
• Chargeback requests filed against betjee deposits will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Betjee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your betjee account.

Betjee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates — which are displayed in full on the betjee Promotions page. The general rules below apply to all betjee bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a fully registered betjee account and have met any stated deposit requirement.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new betjee players only — one per player, per household and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Betjee does not permit the withdrawal of a bonus balance directly. Only funds that have cleared the applicable wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a bonus has been wagered through, betjee will remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the account before processing the withdrawal of the real-money balance.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Betjee reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active players with a bonus balance in progress will be given reasonable notice of any changes that affect their current bonus.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is treated as fraud. Betjee will permanently close all associated accounts and retain any funds held within them.

The betjee sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, football and a range of other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on betjee. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Betjee does not honour bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless betjee offers a specific cash-out or bet edit feature for that market.
• For cricket, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent) is used to settle bets. Betjee uses independent data feeds and will settle bets within a reasonable time of the official result being confirmed.
• If a match is abandoned, delayed beyond the scheduled start time or reduced in overs, betjee will apply the specific sport rules for that event type. These rules are available in the sportsbook help section.
• Betjee reserves the right to void any bet that it believes was placed in violation of these terms, that benefited from a system error in the odds, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per betjee account per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market.

All casino games available on betjee — including live roulette, Teen Patti, baccarat, slots and fishing games — use certified RNG or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party developers. The following rules apply to all casino game activity on betjee.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by the game software and cannot be influenced by betjee or by the player beyond the choices available within the game interface.
• If a live casino game stream is interrupted due to a connection issue on either side, bets already placed and confirmed before the disconnection will stand. The result will be recorded and the bet settled based on the actual game outcome.
• RTP (Return to Player) rates for slot games are published by the game developers and available within each game's information panel on betjee. These rates are averages over very large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual results.
• In fishing games, the bullet cost and fish multiplier are displayed in real time within the game. Betjee is not responsible for misunderstandings about cost-per-shot that result from a player not reading the in-game information.
• Maximum payout limits per game session may apply on certain betjee casino titles. These limits, where applicable, are displayed within the game interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betjee. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and the reporting of your account activity to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account on betjee for any reason.
• Using betjee for money laundering or any activity associated with the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated scripts, bots or any software to interact with betjee's platform in a way not available through the normal user interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes to place bets that you know do not reflect accurate odds or game rules.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping in Teen Patti or any other table game on betjee.
• Placing bets on fixed or manipulated sporting events and attempting to profit from insider knowledge of match outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing betjee customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access betjee accounts belonging to other players without authorisation.

You can close your betjee account at any time by contacting betjee customer support at support@betjee.plus. Before your account is closed, betjee will process any pending withdrawals of your real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not cleared their wagering requirements will be removed on account closure and will not be paid out.

Betjee also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where it has reason to believe the account has been used in breach of these terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, betjee will notify the account holder by email and provide an opportunity to respond before any permanent closure decision, except where the breach is so serious that immediate action is required to protect the platform and other users.

• Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
• Closed accounts cannot be re-opened. You will need to register a new account if you wish to return to betjee, subject to re-verification.
• If you close your account under a responsible gaming self-exclusion, betjee will not permit re-registration until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed.

Betjee takes responsible gaming seriously. We want our platform to be a source of entertainment for Pakistani players — not a source of financial hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all betjee account holders at any time via account settings.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder that notifies you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cool-off period: Take a break from betjee for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is temporarily suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from betjee for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, betjee will make every reasonable effort to prevent you from opening a new account.

Betjee provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and uninterrupted, we cannot guarantee that betjee will be free from technical issues at all times. Betjee's liability to any player for any loss arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of that player's real-money balance at the time the loss occurred. Betjee is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits or opportunity costs.

• Betjee is not responsible for losses caused by player decisions, including decisions to place bets they later regret.
• Betjee is not responsible for internet or connectivity issues on the player's side that affect their ability to place bets or view live streams.
• Where betjee's own error causes a financial loss to a player, betjee will investigate and compensate the affected player fairly.

Betjee collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published in full at betjee.plus/privacy-policy. By using betjee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Betjee collects only the information necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with legal obligations.
• Betjee does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Betjee shares your information with payment processors and KYC verification providers only to the extent necessary to operate your account.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data betjee holds about you by contacting support@betjee.plus.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your betjee account, a bet, a withdrawal or any other matter, the process for raising it is as follows:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Reach betjee customer support via live chat on the platform or by email at support@betjee.plus. Provide your account details and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved through the initial support contact within 5 business days, you may escalate it by marking your email as "Formal Complaint." Betjee will assign a dedicated case handler and aim to resolve formal complaints within 14 business days.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If betjee's resolution is not acceptable to you after the formal complaint process, you may have further recourse depending on your jurisdiction. Betjee will provide guidance on available escalation routes at the time a formal complaint is closed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to betjee's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolved through the process above may be referred to arbitration or the relevant competent authority.
